Have you seen a current television station promotion [Channel 7] of a program that will extol the virtues from crime management by the police helicopter over Melbourne, Australia.

Blind Freddie can spot this as a set up, a broad public relations scam in the making. A government manipulative tool for brow beating public perception into submission for incremental ratchet up of probing surveillance, intrusive spying threatening privacy with candid camera drones over our homes and private life. You can bet your bottom dollar on this fact. The police helicopter arm after years of surveillance and useful operations, that a television station releases a show on the subject is not really to inform anyone, it's more of a sinister target, its design is to shape community perception to accept Orwellian like drones.

The show and tell is to brain wash the citizenry to welcome the drafted benefits of intensive aerial around the clock spy in the sky watching - "For your good" will be the official mantra.

Drones over Melbourne, over any part of Victoria aside from incident specific occasions where deployment by drone may be justified is simply not a part of our society. The State already deeply watching what the hell we are about, additional surveillance is intrusion into your private life and not necessary.

A sophisticated brainwashing of the public cash cow camera fund you will not see through an umbilical that asserts 4-6 km over set speed limits as fatal and a horrendous infringement against safety. Non-thinking individuals recite simpleton language... "Don't disobey the law to avoid being photo snapped by a speed camera".

What is deliberately avoided is the km increments over the speed limit at which driver’s must cough up to the State rigged speed money machine are increments difficult to measure on a vehicle's speedometer - the driver is caught in a clever money seizure trap. The small increments that fines are imposed are set at speeds to narrow to be of practical sense and to small for the physical specification of the measuring instrument. Leaving aside the issue of absurd low speed limits on many of our roads that can easily re safely raised.

The result of this heavy handed State Government theft is growing angst amongst the driving public, anger at government blatant abuse of public confidence. A rising undercurrent of conviction of this government abuse raises a pool of loose and formal alliances prepared to challenge this abuse. It is overdue to put right the theft of motorists and reassert facts into the government propaganda.


Spring Street should realise being a politician with irresponsible policies such as the speed camera bull will become a personal liability. A status as being a politician will become preferably undisclosed as tolerance for continued public abuse becomes unacceptable.

I read a statement attributed to you concerning the recent events over the climate change bill...

“The public are absolutely appalled at the way in which the Liberals have conducted themselves,” said Nick Economou, a politics professor at Monash University in Melbourne. “They now have a leader who really polarizes the community. I cannot see how the coalition will win the next federal election.”

Mr. Economou I conclude you talk with a pretty narrow segment of "the public" that is minus capacity for enquiry of information. My daily observations suggest there exists a large percentage of the public able to correlate political and scientific data. Especially data concerning a program "pushed" hard onto the public to swallow of a climate change program conflicting with views of scientific and meteorological professionals and involves a economic cost dearly to be extracted from the public pocket.

The public is contrary to what you claim far from appalled at the Liberals recent actions. You can have confidence in this as reality - my work puts me in frequent contact with executives of some of Australia's iconic corporations, I talk with a large cross section of people. They are shop floor employees, administration workers, blue collar employees and of course friends - It is gratifying to meet the percentage of people who recognise something doesn't smell right with climate change.

What I hear is delight of a sense that someone is finally starting to get "it" that their job inside politics is at risk of vanishing beneath their feet over climate change manipulation. The public backlash has grown and political futures are turning shaky over the deception attached with climate change and carbon trading. The apparent obfuscation of the truth felt by the public over climate change and Cap and Trade's agenda is rejected for its high "corn" content as it is full of far to many gaping holes.

The public far from being appalled at the Liberals - is more frustrated from being led up a garden path repeatedly over climate change. The garden path takes us nowhere and appears where you are manoeuvring opinion by your poorly judged statement.

Injustice in Magistrate's Court Moorabbin

Intimidation in Magistrates Court for defendant giving own defence against injustice of revenue raising cameras. The Magistrates Court of Victoria in Moorabbin is an eye opener for the injustice metered out by the Magistrate when as defence why the conviction for a 6km over the speed limit the defendant made a statement about the Australian design rule applicable to the speedometer installed in his vehicle. The ADR 18/02 says ...' every vehicle must be fitted with a speedometer which must indicate the actual vehicle speed, for all speeds above 40 km/h, to an accuracy of +/- 10 per cent.."

Incredibly the Magistrate disallowed the applicable legislation applicable to speedometer tolerance be heard, on the basis that the defendant is not an expert in speedometers. This is a law being read, it has nothing to do with the need for a defendant to possess speedometer expert credentials - such procedure by the Magistrate would appear on initial reading to be an act of intimidation by the Magistrate taking advantage of a citizen defending himself and that defendant being unfamiliar with his legal rights and court room procedure.

A reduction in the road toll naturally will pass public scrutiny as a good deal! I agree with that worthy goal, who wouldn't? The trouble is the fools that pass with little care for tomorrow, supposed intelligence advisers, sheepish public servants and gutless dead head politicians - who ignore worthy community outcomes to settle for shifting the community into a form of gated policed hell. The end result is to know who's there, what you are doing and restricting where you go in Victoria's over regulating pain in the ass government.  


The unwarranted intrusion of road cameras is part of softening up. Build community acceptance for later more intrusion and nanny state monitoring of every citizen, its conditioning us. How difficult is it to oppose useful public aims as cutting the road toll, its a given that opposition to camera's will be readily and soundly stomped on at its first sign of objection, opposition will be labeled intrusion, hailed as uncaring to ward off the liberty holders.

One would be naive to consider reducing the road toll by 20 fatalities as any higher from this program. My bet for assessment out of 40 fatalities claimed associated with unregistered vehicles and unlicensed drivers for the year used to measure the statistic. An assumption is registered in the public mind that because 40 fatalities out of just over 300 were associated with unlicensed drivers, somehow its 40 that will be eliminated through camera surveillance on the road.

Not recalling the specific sum of dollars for the camera surveillance program, nonetheless it likely is not an investment towards road toll reduction. Instead promising secure money down on the table to deepen the social programming and state control over Victorians lives. Forget the camera, forget corrupt speed cameras, drop idiot red light cameras and get greater police presence on the roads. You can safely conclude the goal is citizen control through suppression such as excessive installation of camera recognition. Meaningful road toll reduction from Australia's low toll when compared to other nation's vehicles, miles traveled will show this whole arena of propaganda is a Furphy and nothing less than a convenient vehicle [pun intended] by a government operating on an agenda not disclosed to the citizen.

An awesome capability it holds in spite of abject failure to conform remotely to abide by international nuclear controls applicable to the majority of the globe possessing nuclear technology.

We can scratch from reality a claimed potential preemptive threat militarily Iran poses against Israel for the reason the Jewish State possesses a capable military machine. A military that to date has displayed willingness to provoke, ignite and murder mostly in aggressive preemptive mode. The justification that its for the betterment of society for a healthy environment. Just as the motivation of harvesting body parts in the first place is wrapped up in what is best for the majority.

The result from the publics non acceptance of this harvesting policy the Government can gravitate towards a mild eugenics type of program, saying the needed body parts have to come from somewhere. That the Government will not interfere with next of kin wishes in exchange for applying eugenics in society.

The first priority is to realise there is no possible way for the Federal Government to impose its political will over BHP. If you believe the incredible financial muscle and political power of BHP can be hauled over the coals in a Federal Government contest over water you do not understand the manipulation and connections between the way the powers of this nation really manipulated and operates.

Recognise that the set-up of the populace is built in with an implied wrong. An unjust, unfair special arrangement that a huge recognised giant corporation as BHP Biliton uses water free of charge, at a time of sacrifice asked of the population during the drought. The report says if a household used as much water as BHP is taking for free its daily bill would be $52,000. The predictable reaction on reading this information is, “Why is a huge corporation getting for free what I must pay for, how unfair?” This is an anticipated reaction the Internationalist predicts in their fee for everything that has a flow associated with it mentality.

The fact that the Prime Minister declares “Everybody’s got to make a contribution to solving this problem.” He is manipulating and repositioning the general populace to go along with him, the reader of the report must surely agree BHP should rightfully pay for water they are not paying anyone for using.

The point of the dispute is not for BHP to pay for water they draw from the Great Artesian Basin. The target of the dispute is to build and attach in the minds of the public an unmistakable association between water and our social duty to pay for all water used by all persons in society. Through social engineering this dispute builds from its apparent straightforward single issue into an assumption of fact that asserts dominence over a natural resource by the government because of crafting of the dispute.

This dispute is a set up that condition Australia’s public to accept the imposition of meters on all sources of water across the nation. All residential tanks that collect rainwater off a home’s roof, all aquifiers that feed all business and domestic users, all bores from the smallest to the biggest draw down are targetted for billable metering of water consumption. It will not matter that the property the bore is sunk is private property, it will make a difference the rainwater falls on your home’s roof or your commercial property. The objective from the creation of the BHP Biliton dispute and the PM’s alarm is to condition your response to the permanent shifting of control and regulation over all water resources.

Whether you feel BHP Biliton should pay for the water they use is not at issue here. BHP has invested more than $100 million over the past 20 years in pipelines, bores and pumps. The export earnings from the mining activity are sure to overshadow the volume of water drawn down and the possible charges for water if it were billed by the state.

What is at work is a self-destructive intimidation of the populace.

If the response to the dispute is overwhelming nodding of agreement by the general public that the huge wealthy BHP Biliton must pay its “fair share” – something hard to argue with if you are a wage earner. Then the desired futureplay has been processed, a new-fashioned paradigm is accepted whereby the general public now agrees virtually unconsciously to dominence over water resources. The authority of the state – even when the water is drawn from a self-funded infrastructure, including the holding tank filled from the roof of your home attains dominence of a basic life giving resource. Only the reason for achieving dominence is economic not human welfare.

A perception filtered through society that is constructed from incorrect manipulated thought ultimately makes all of us a target of economic hit men. The time for thinking is now, understand a subterfuge for takeover of the nation’s resources including its citizens as a commodity, the basic neccessities of water, food and our future is taking place. The people through social engineering have given influence and control over the economics of their lives to an alliance between the Cabinet of the Federal Government, major corporations, central banking and the premptive war agenda of the Howard, Bush, Blair alliance.

The truly aspiring globalisers of Howards crooked fascist cabinet will be beside themselves wondering how much they can syphon off for their offshore banking accounts. These crooks have to own some secret cash stacked away from profiting corporate friends. Hell how could you screw more than 80% of the Australian population just for a politician’s wage?

Two wicked Presidents, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad are ready to spend billions of dollars (or euros more likely) financing projects in other countries if you have the right credentials.

These oil rich nations have cash available to be used for projects in friendly third countries. Hell Australia is friendly… my mistake, we used to be friendly until we signed on with the preemptive warfare idiocy of the Anglo-American nuts we foolishly align our sorry Canberra butts with. At the cost to our self esteem, our free thinking, our international standing, our low morale standing and chicken shit manipulation from Canberra of the Australian population.

We know how easily Australia’s Federal Government is bought off by any influence other than the general Australian populace. So a tidy project to underpin investment in countries whose governments are making efforts to liberate themselves from the (US) imperialist yoke is sure to be a winner with our internationalists. Face it! If Canberra can be brought off once by the Anglo-American money circle it can be brought off twice when the stakes and cash are high enough by the Persian-South American oil circle boys?

We seem to be running light on cash for major infrastructure these days. Obviously the available money for our public health system is running low, given as a levy is going to be needed to run the medical system. Then there is the need for capital to build electricity generation, plainly nothing for this as we have a shaky electric supply making Australia look more like a developing country each summer. Also if my memory serves me right quite a few of the schools could do with some cash for repairs and long overdue for teaching equipment to match the private schools. Oh and we used to have a state funded university system, so that apparently needs some cash. Man I’m sure one or two more items would come to mind if I think about it.

Of course there is, we need some water in Australia. Given the remarkable absence of new dam construction, or pipeline delivery systems to move water around the country, like from where it is up north to where it isn’t down south. I mean we’ve got to the stage where The Age newspaper is running articles about the farmer tossing the game in, leave the land. Forgotten to protect our infrastructure to preserve our capacity to feed ourselves, or export foods have we? Because I would think with some free piles of investment cash we could spend freely to construct the water supply infrastructure we apparently can’t afford in 2007. How many years is it we’ve known of this business of residing on the driest continent on the planet? Messy how overdue stuff like selling off the country and not construcing infrastructure behind a bunch of claptrap catches up with one eventually?

Now Venezuela and Iran are probably willing to come to Australia’s rescue? Providing Canberra makes one slight adjustment to their thus far demonstrated screwy thinking! What terrific news for the lucky country that we might become the lucky country again, providing Canberra puts its hands out, head down and shares in some oil bucks courtesy messers Chavez and Ahmadinejad?

Realistically I know it’s a stretch to expect Canberra to wean itself off the US imperialist yoke for the hard cash. But the point is our puppet like stride with Bush and Cheney costs Australia’s people big time. First our global friends are falling off the boardwalk as we strutt in the shadow of a big military bully US juggernaut. Speaking of which we are chucking bucket loads of taxpayer hard earned cash down the toilet despatching our military into Iraq, Afghanistan, the South Pacific and probably Somalia if we look a harder. Given the penchant for mercenery contracts for our men and women in uniform these days our military is on stand by anywhere Bush & Cheney sends them. No matter what perception Howard tries to tell you to fall for– Canberra won’t want to miss out on the fireworks coming up when USA starts killing Iranians behind a bombing and heavy missile attack justified by a pack of fabricated terrorist nonsense and nuclear non-threat bull.

Anyway go ahead Canberra, change your stripes for some hefty oil cash. We don’t mind, hell Howard and the boys have pushed the old leopard skin and his spots trick so many times he can readily give George W. Bush a lame excuse for our preemptive economic switch to the so called destabilizing influence of Hugo and Mahmoud. Howard’s given Australia plenty of pathetic excuses of fairy tales of terrorism threats at home to why a haul of industrial relations laws had to be abonded for the forces pushing down upon this nation of dirt cheap labour by that nasty China and dirt cheap India.

Why wouldn’t Australia be the least bothered to side with a couple of nations that are actually spending money on their own nation’s infrastructure and helping their own population?

Help yourself get reelected Prime Minister Howard, Costello, Downer and the boys and liberate yourselves from the unpredictable dangerous US imperialist yoke, be a friendly third country on the receiving end of joint cooperation bid as allies in a Persian-South America-Australia pact.
